Minnie Driver is finally opening up about the identity of the man who fathered her three-year-old son, Henry Story Driver. And it turns out a clue may have been in her son’s name all along.
Driver doesn’t reveal his name, but tells the The Observer that Henry’s dad is a writer (“story driver?”) from her short-lived FX show, “The Riches.” Driver starred opposite Eddie Izzard in the show which aired in the 2007-2008 TV season.
“I don’t need to protect him any more,” says Driver. “He can fend for himself. He’s a grown-up.”
“Sort of. He’s figuring it out,” she adds when asked if he’s a good dad. “I mean, he hasn’t been that involved; his choice. Full Article…

Maneuvering around a pre-existing deal with Showtime, The Weinstein Company has inked an exclusive licensing agreement with Netflix.
Pact covers foreign-language films, documentaries, and certain specialty titles like “The Artist” – all films that would not qualify under TWC’s 2008 premium pact with Showtime.
Terms of the Netflix deal – TWC’s first with the streaming giant – were not disclosed.
Multiyear agreement allows Netflix users to stream TWC titles within one year of their theatrical release, a model which resembles the traditional pay TV window.
Other pics slated for Netflix include “Undefeated,” “Sarah’s Key,” “Intouchables,” “W.E.,” “Coriolanus” and “Bully.” But the pact won’t include the major theatrical titles already covered under the seven-year Showtime deal, covering up to 95 pictures including “My Week with Marilyn,” “The Iron Lady,” “The King’s Speech” and “Scream 4.”

NEWARK, N.J. (CBS/AP) — Whitney Houstons ex-husband, Bobby Brown left her funeral on Saturday because of a seating dispute.
The Roxbury native was seen arriving as the service began. He walked to the casket, touched it and walked to the back of the New Jersey church Saturday.
Brown was seen leaving a short time later and appeared upset.
Reports said Brown showed up with an entourage of nine people, but was only supposed to bring two other people to the invitation-only funeral.
Brown later said in a statement that he and his children were seated but asked repeatedly to move. B

As you may have heard, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles is making an animated comeback thanks to Nickelodeon. Thanks to Toy Ark, we have our first real look at the characters and art from the show.
The series is set to debut on Nickelodeon this year. I’m a huge fan of the TMNT crew. I grew up watching the original cartoon, and reading the comics, and I hope the series turns out to be good.

has been awarded the Golden Bear lifetime achievement award at the Berlin Film Festival.
The Iron Lady actress was handed the prize by – a member of the festival’s 2012 jury – during a special ceremony at Berlinale Palace on Tuesday.
Streep had previously been handed several presents earlier in the day at a press conference, including a Russian doll from one reporter, while another gave her a large bouquet of flowers.

JUSTIN BIEBER showed off his caring side on Monday (13Feb12) by flying a sick fan and her family to New York to meet him in person.
The Baby hitmaker learned about six-year-old Avalanna Routh, who suffers from a rare form of incurable brain cancer, through a Facebook.com campaign and quickly made arrangements to meet her.
Routh, who dubs herself MrsBieber, spent two hours with the star in his New York hotel room and the pair ate cupcakes and played games together.
In a series of posts on his Twitter.com page, Bieber writes, “Hangin out with a special little girl. MrsBieber… That was one of the best things i have ever done. she was AWESOME! Feeling really inspired now!
