THE KILLING’S Joel Kinnaman to play Lancelot in ARTHUR & LANCELOT
The Killing‘s Joel Kinnaman has found his next project with Warner Bros. THR is reporting that he will play Lancelot in Arthur & Lancelot, which was written and will be directed by David Dobkin. WB is still searching for the actor to play the role of Arthur. Kinnaman beat out other actors like Kit Harrington (HBO’s Game of Thrones), Sam Claflin (Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides), Dominic Cooper (The Devil’s Double), Hans Matheson (Sherlock Holmes), Jim Sturgess (Across the Universe), Ben Walker and Liam Hemsworth.Kinnaman landed the role in AMC’s The Killing after starring in the Swedish film Snabba Cash (Easy Money). He will next star for Snabba Cash director Daniel Espinosa in Safe House with Ryan Reynolds and Denzel Washington and has already filmed Snabba Cash 2 in Sweden.
