James Marsden chats Hop and fatherhood

James Marsden is like the cute boy-next-door meets Hollywood hunk– although I could be a little partial since we both are Oklahoma natives.  He has appeared as Cyclops in X-Men, a prince in Enchanted and a crazy hot tub guy in Modern Family and his most recent role in the movie Hop has him co-starring with the Easter bunny.

James Marsden was warm, open and seemed to light up when talking about his two kids, 10-year-old Jack Holden and 5-year-old Mary. In the movie Hop, Marsden plays Fred, a somewhat lost soul who finds a kindred spirit in E.B., voiced by Russell Brand. T

HELSINKI (AP) – Nokia is suing Apple in the United States for allegedly infringing patents in “virtually all” of its mobile phones, portable music players, tablets and computers, the Finnish company said Tuesday.

The move is the latest in a string of lawsuits by Nokia and comes as the world’s largest handset maker struggles to keep up with smartphone rivals like Apple.

Nokia said the seven patents in the new complaint relate to its “pioneering innovations” that Apple allegedly is using “to create key features in its products, including in multitasking operating systems, data synchronization, positioning, call quality and the use of Bluetooth accessories.”

Last week, the United States International Trade Commission found no violation in an earlier complaint.

Los Angeles/London – Celebrities paid tribute Wednesday to Hollywood icon Elizabeth Taylor, who died in Los Angeles aged 79.

Among those paying their respects were former US senator John Warner, who was married to Taylor in the late 1970s and early 1980s.

“I will remember her as a woman whose heart and soul were as beautiful as her classic face and majestic eyes,” he said on CNN.

Her son with second husband Michael Wilding, John Wilding, said that “the world is a better place for Mom having lived in it.”

“My mother was an extraordinary woman who lived life to the fullest, with great passion, humour, and love,” he said in a statement.

“Her remarkable body of work in film, her ongoing success as a businesswoman, and her brave and relentless advocacy in the fight against HIV/AIDS, all make us all incredibly proud of what she accomplished.”

The foundation she created to raise awareness about the disease, the Elizabeth Taylor AIDS Foundation, said “We mourn the loss of legendary actress, businesswoman, and fearless activist Elizabeth Taylor.”

Tributes to her poured in on a special Facebook page (http://www.facebook.com/ElizabethTaylorTribute) and fellow stars from Larry King to Alyssa Milano rushed to pay their respects on Twitter.

The real answer depends largely on your goals, the length and type of workout (yoga vs. endurance running) and whether you’re an average exerciser or an elite athlete looking to shave a millisecond off of your last long-distance run. Athletes in the latter category spend more time calculating, measuring and weighing food than the average person needs or wants to. For the majority, the dietary advice below will help you get through your workout, burn fat and have enough energy left over to make it through a busy work day without falling asleep at your desk.

Many diet books suggest exercising on an empty stomach to burn the most fat.
